Not a guy on a bike with a squeegee window cleaning company. Full service, professional, detail oriented window cleaning for residential and commercial clients. Our price includes windows cleaned inside/out, screens hand washed, tracks cleaned (construction cleanup extra). If you do not have window screens the price will be adjusted accordingly. We are able to do post construction cleanup of paint, stucco, and other materials that may have found their way on your windows or frames during construction. As service is our business, we take extra time, and consideration around plants in your garden, to move and replace furniture, and we carry large towels to lay in front of windows and on carpets, computers, paperwork, or anything else that could get wet. You are guaranteed a clean, respectful, English speaking, competent, trustworthy, professional to serve your needs.

After 7 years of experience, we are able to assess your needs and only apply the required amount of pressure that is right for your job. Screen Repair and Replacement
The Window Medic is San Diego's choice for screen repairs and re-screening for your home or business. Utilizing professional equipment, we come to your home or business, and repair or replace any window screen and any door screen. We offer re-fabric of damaged screens, or a complete rebuild of new screens using all aluminum components on the frame (NO plastic corners) with a variety of screen frame colors, and screen mesh materials and colors. We can install door screens, pet screen, solar shades, retractable screens, security screen doors, and coming soon, motorized screen, and garage screen, all custom made to fit your windows or doors.

Utilizing professional equipment, with highly skilled technicians, most screen repairs are done on-site. Screen repairs include adjusting and working on your existing screen doors and window screens. Replacement handles, wheels and specialty parts are available. New screen frames can be built to replace old or worn out screens when needed.
The Window Medic can rescreen your existing windows and doors with special screen fabrics. Perhaps you just need to have a door or window rescreened. Pet resistant screens, screens designed with low visibility, or glare or sun control fabrics can be used. In addition to the choices in screen mesh itself, a choice of screen colors is available to blend in with your home
Rain Gutters and Downspout Cleaning
“Out of sight, out of mind.” is what I think of when I am on a roof cleaning windows and look at the rain gutters. 9 out of 10 times the rain gutters are full of mud, leaves, golf balls, shoes, and other items. The average home owner does not have the time, equipment, or experience to climb up on a ladder and get on the roof to safely and effectively clean the rain gutters. A common misconception is that there is no harm in having dirty rain gutters. Here is the problem with dirty rain gutters. When dirt and debris settle in the bottom of your gutter it acts as a mulch, holding in moisture and causing premature wear and corrosion of the gutters. Soon you will be able to notice paint bubbling at the base of your gutters, and by this time it may be too late for rain gutter cleaning, you may have to buy new gutters.
Depending on where you live, I recommend cleaning your rain gutters at least once a year to prevent the accumulation of dirt and other debris that may have found their way into your gutter, all of which cause corrosion, and prevents water from flowing freely to your downspouts.
