Who is the Window Medic? Hi, I am Dorian, owner and operator of The Window Medic. I spent 4 years as a window cleaner and manager of a large window cleaning company in Davis, California. Moving back home to San Diego, I started “A Touch of Glass Window Cleaning” walking door to door in a suit and tie. Due to my exceptional work ethic, customer service, and phenomenal quality of work, my business doubled every year, for four years.
Despite the success of my business, and because of my interest in the medical field, I decided to pursue a career as a Paramedic/Firefighter. I sold my business and spent the next six years in school and working on an ambulance to achieve my goal. Immediately following my training I started working for a local fire department. After only two months working at the fire department, I realized that my real passion was as an entrepreneur. I missed the challenge of growing a business that provides exceptional services to San Diego.
Back from the ashes I started “The Window Medic”, providing only the highest quality window cleaning, custom window and door screen repair and replacement, pressure washing, and rain gutter cleaning. My company has been built on old time customer service which we know is next to impossible to find today. We are punctal, friendly, respectful, not pushy, detail oriented, and seek and accept your criticism for our benefit and yours.
